Notice is hereby given that tenant intends to and shall vacate the Premises on or before the Termination Date and Tenant’s right to possession of the Premises shall terminate on that date. From and after the date of service on Landlord, this notice is irrevocable and Landlord may take any action in reliance thereon deemed necessary or property to re-rent or obtain possession of the Premises as of the Termination Date. I understand that management must receive this letter at least 30 day’s before vacancy.
To ensure full refund of your deposit:
- Clean entire unit very thoroughly. Don’t forget the range, fridge, freezer, ect.
- There are no damages incurred while in possession of the unit.
- There is no garbage, debris, or tenant items left behind.
- All rent, fees, charges, and utility bills are paid in full to the date of termination.
- All keys issued are returned.
